REALTOR Jarrod Luparell has joined Wagner Realty's First Street Sarasota Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas. He is looking forward to helping everyone from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors find exactly what they are looking for.
Jarrod was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois. He obtained his real estate license in 1992 when a 9% interest rate was considered a good rate. After the 2008 real estate market correction, he worked with bank-owned properties and short sales.
