Chip is a veteran Realtor with more than 30 years of experience. He has held his broker's license since 1990. SARASOTA, FL, July 28, 2020 – Realtor Kevin Kelly has joined Wagner Realty's Sarasota Office located at 1440 First Street in Downtown Sarasota. A native of Staten Island, NY, Kelly moved to Sarasota in 2014, earning his real estate license in 2016. He has hands-on experience in property renovation and has managed his own investment properties as well.
